She’s become notorious for her quirky sense of style of late, with her fashion website taking fans through her wacky style journey.
However Solange Knowles may not want to document her latest outfit choice on her fashion pages.
The 25-year-old caught the attention of onlookers for all the wrong reasons earlier this week, stepping out in a garish outfit for an event.

The younger sister of singer Beyonce made sure she stood out in New York City in an ensemble made up entirely from the designer’s items.
She donned a clashing purple tailored blazer and high waist tomato red cropped trousers.

The star topped off the satin outfit with a black sheer blouse detailed with white splatterings, and multi-coloured high heel sandals.
Knowles appeared more eye-catching than usual as the smaller afro she was sporting last month appears to have transformed into a far more attention demanding size.
She sported full curls down to her shoulders and applied a slick of bright pink lipstick to view the unveiling of the Spring 2012 collection.

The singer-turned-model undoubtedly stood out even more away from the colourful mannequins that graced the luxury brand’s store.
She was spotted leaving her 30-year-old sibling's office in the Big Apple following the bash and couldn’t be missed as she hopped into a waiting car.
Her mother Tina followed behind in a black get-up making sure all eyes were on her daughter.
In March she wore another quirky outfit to the Claiborne Swanson American Beauty book launch, although slightly less colourful.
The Rimmel London model has indicated in the past that she isn’t afraid to be different in her approach to beauty.
She said: ‘When I announced my role with Rimmel, I felt really proud to see such a positive response especially being that I represent someone of colour, a single mom, an artist...and that I don't have to compromise my views to do so!’

But surely this is one of her most exotic yet as she turned redhead for a striking shoot for Harper's Bazaar China.
With bright red hair tied back and wearing very revealing couture, the mother-of-four is transformed for a dramatic new look.

Wearing an intricate Asian head-dress in one image, the 37-year-old flashed a lot of skin in a daring black crossover top.
In contrast to the Scouse brow many British celebrities have been sporting, Victoria appears to have a feathered brow, with her eyebrows brushed upwards giving a less groomed appearance than usual.
The striking images have been described by some bloggers of making Victoria appear like a video game character.

Victoria donned a red wig for the shoot, taken by famous Chinese photographer Chen Man, who is known for her dramatic cinematic effects.
The star's shoot with the Chinese edition of the women's glossy comes after she also posed for Harper's Bazaar UK.
In the interview, she said she represented the average woman when it came to trying on her designs.
Victoria explained that since she became a designer she prefers to wear her own clothes to feel more at one with the customer.

'I was shocked': Tori Spelling admits she was blindsided by news of pregnancy a month after giving birth
When she announced that she was pregnant with her fourth child just a mere five months after giving birth, the world was shocked.
But not so much as Tori Spelling herself, who has described finding out the news as the 'second biggest shock of my life.'
The 38-year-old mother-of-three says she wasn't expecting to get pregnant so soon after the arrival of her daughter Hattie last year.

'I was shocked, obviously,' she told People magazine.
'It was the second biggest shock of my life. The first was when they said Hattie was a girl when she was born, because we thought she was going to be a boy.
'And the second was that I was pregnant after my newborn had just turned one month old. We were shocked.'
The former Beverly Hills 90210 also joked about the unexpected outcome on the Today show.
'I can dispel the old wives’ tale that you can’t get pregnant while you’re breastfeeding,' she said.

She also revealed that her and husband Dean McDermott didn't listen to her doctor, who advised them not to have sex until six weeks after her C-section.

'And he was like, "They tell everyone that. We didn’t wait that long with Stella Or Liam.’”
Tori joked that she caved because she didn't want her husband to think that their sex life would diminish because of the new arrival.
'I didn’t want him to think that the sex was going downhill,' she joked. 'So here you go. Here’s four.'

And the actress and reality star couldn't help but rave about her handsome hubby.
'As women, we’re so hard on our husbands,' she said. 'I give him so much grief for no reason. He’ll take his motorcycle out for an hour and I’m like, "Where were you? Where’d you go?"
'And then I’m like, he’s the most kick-ass dad. Talk about a woman doing it all? He’s a man doing it all, and he does it all and with ease. I’m amazed by him every day and I am so lucky.'
